Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Wildflower Plant Station. We value your trust and strive to deliver healthy and high-quality plant products.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Products Not Eligible for Cancellation
Due to the nature of our products, cancellation is not allowed for:
- Live plants after dispatch
- Customized / made-to-order plant arrangements
- Bulk or wholesale orders (unless agreed in writing)
3. Refund / Replacement Policy
Each order is packed with care. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or unhealthy, we are happy to assist.
You will be eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You provide unboxing video + clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product (mandatory for live plants).
4. Conditions for Refund / Replacement
Refund or replacement will be provided in the following cases:

Seeds with no germination (if claimed within 20 days & proof provided) | Replacement (once per product) |
Refund / replacement will NOT be provided if:
- Customer fails to provide proof (photos/video)
- Plant health deteriorates due to improper care after delivery
- Customer provides a wrong delivery address or fails to receive the order
- Minor variations in plant size, shape, or colour (as natural products vary)
5. Return Policy
Returns are not accepted for:
- Live plants
- Soil, fertilizers & pesticides
- Seeds once opened or used
- Discounted / Sale / Clearance products
Only non-perishable items like planters, gardening tools & décor can be returned if:
- They are unused and in original packaging
- Return request is raised within 3 days of delivery (Return shipping charges may apply depending on the situation)
6. Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment mode:
- Online payment: 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded via UPI/Bank transfer within 5–7 business days after customer details have been shared
Note: Refund timeline may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
7. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- If cancellation is done before dispatch, 100% refund including shipping charges will be issued.
