- Payments can be made through UPI / Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / Wallets / COD (if available).
- In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
4. Order Acceptance
- Orders are accepted only after payment confirmation.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of stock. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
5. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or natural calamities.

We are not liable for:
- Plant health after delivery due to improper care or environmental conditions
- Allergies or side effects caused by plants/pesticides
- Losses caused by delayed delivery
